How do I stop my eyeliner running?
well... first of all,, you need to apply a base...
you can use either moisturizer, makeup primer, eye primer or even just creamy base (i sometimes use concealer)... dab some powder on it... this is done to absorb the oil on your skin.... eyeliner smudges because of this oil....
then apply your eyeliner and set it up by applying a light coat of eyeshadow with the same color (of course) on top of it... just a light coat... heavy coat will flake and you def. don't want it...
another tips will be not to apply too much eyeliner... just apply it twice or three times on the same spot if you want more density and stuff,, but never too muchh....
liquid tends not to smudge.. so it's def. the best choice.. but should i remind you that they're not easy to apply... you need to practice a lot.... but i'm not suggesting the use of liquid on the bottom line..
but basically,, you just need a good brand of eyeliner... if you're not into high-end brands... try REVLON COLORSTAY RETRACTABLE EYELINER.... it's of an AWESOME quality and it's also recommended and favored by most makeup artists.... they don't smudge and they do stay until you wash it off...
ALMAY also has good stuff of their eyeliner.. and the most important thing that it's hypoallergenic, so it's safe to use on your waterline... because you wanna make sure your eyes won't get irritated...
