well you look very pretty

-first i would put on a tad bit of concealer but not to much because you pale skin is you best feature the concealer is just to fix any spots or blemishes

-next i would put on just the smallest bit of bronzewr not to make you look tan but to hide the concealer that still might be visible

-then i would start with the eye shadow you will need 3 colors all of them earth tones one dark on medium and one light first put on the medium just on your lid then in the cease of your eye put the dark one on and the put the light one on to fill the rest of your space near the eyebrows BUT MAKE SURE THEY ARE ALL EARTH TONESSS

- then i would buy a nice black mascara and put on one that doesnt clump and sweep your eyelashes in one motion towards your ear

- next i would use i ligh suddle pink blush it will look fabulous!!

- finally put on a light very suddle pink lip gloss and it will make you pop!
