Just go to a freaking professional piercer! Sheesh you don't have the proper tools,and your piercing area can never be as sterile as a piercing shop. Getting it done professional isn't expensive. Piercing your self is NOT hardcore. It's just extremely stupid! But if you do, do it yourself good luck with the infection!
