anyways maybe its just part of the process but if your tongue hurts and you dont think its normal then you shoud either go back to the place or see a doctor cuz it could be infected or something. Or maybe its swollen and thats wat you ended up getting instead of your tongue turning purple or anything! But yes jsut ice for a while and if it doesnt go away then go back to the place and see what they tell you and if it doesnt go away then you should see a doctor. hoope this helps =]
